Bunny, don't boser translating into french, it is less understandable once translated than in english (and I'm french !...) ;-)
It seems we are only 2 french players, as far as I'm concerned, I'm rather fluent in english, if it's not the case for the other frenchman, it may translate. |

I didn't see the message re: fourth position until just now. It honestly doesn't bother me that much. I've given some thought to late-seat strategy in T&E, so I actually like being able to hone that skill. How well I'm doing...that's a separate question. :-) |

I think I’ll try a 3 player one after this, but that only gives 9 players. If there is enough interest, we could try 2 rounds, with the top 4 from the first round moving onto the finals, maybe fill the 9th player with the highest scoring 5th seed? |

I have to admit, I was disappointed to see my starting positions. In the 5 games, I started 2,3,4,4,4. I haven't paid close enough attention to the system to know if there is a way to manipulate that by the sign-ups, or if its just randomly assigned. I know some have tried a weighted scoring system, but I have mixed feelings about that, too. I feel like its best just to ignore it, play the best I can and next time someone else will draw the short straw. My play lately hasn't been that strong anyway, so its doubtful that it makes any difference in the tournament results from my perspective. |

Ok, so I was a bit bummed that I didn’t have any movement in my games this morning, so I took a look at everyone else’s to make it feel like I was playing. I noticed that cornjob, GreatWolf, and hvogel all have 3 games as the goat. Don’t know about y’all, but to me the 4th position usually seems like an uphill battle, especially against good players. Not sure where I’m going or how to fix it if it is a problem, but I’ll settle for group consensus on any changes to make the tournament more fair or fun for all. At very least, thanks cornjob, GreatWolf, and hvogel for taking the brunt of the goat positions :) I know the translator is going to screw this up royally, but here goes:
L'ok, ainsi moi était un peu bummed que je n'ai eu aucun mouvement dans mes jeux ce matin, ainsi j'ai jeté autrement un coup d'oeil à chacun pour lui faire le sentir comme je jouais. J'ai noté que le cornjob, le GreatWolf, et le hvogel tous ont 3 jeux comme chèvre. Ne savez pas le y'all, mais à moi la 4ème position semble habituellement comme une bataille ascendante, particulièrement contre de bons joueurs. Non sûr où je vais ou comment la fixer si c'est un problème, mais moi arrangera pour le consensus de groupe sur tous les changements pour rendre les tournois plus juste ou l'amusement pour tous. Très à mineurs, au cornjob, au GreatWolf, et au hvogel merci pour prendre le choc des positions de chèvre:) |
